§ 90.30 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms shall be defined to mean:
   CHICKEN COOP. A stationary or movable structure made of wood or other durable construction materials that provides shelter from the elements exclusively for chickens.
   CHICKEN RUN. A fenced, outside area for keeping chickens.
