Commercial recreation facility, outdoor.
(A) These uses and structures shall be located on minor arterial roadways or collector roadways or nonresidential streets.
(B) All structures shall be a minimum of 50 feet from any residential district boundary.
(C) Lights used to illuminate the premises shall be so directed and shielded as not to be an annoyance to traffic or developed residential property.
