§ 30.081 LIBRARY FUND.
   (A)   The City Council shall establish a Library Fund by annually budgeting money for the library.
   (B)   The control of the Library Fund is granted to the Library Board.
   (C)   All real property given, granted, donated or bequeathed to the public library shall be vested and held and in the name of the city.
