§ 30.080 PERSONNEL POLICY AND OPERATIONAL POLICY.
   (A)   The personnel policy of the Kasson Public Library shall be the city employment policy.
   (B)   The Board may adopt such additional operational policies which pertain specifically to the daily operations of the library. However, the operational policies of the library shall not conflict with the city employment agency.
   (C)   The affirmative action policies developed by the city shall be followed by the library in interviewing, hiring and developing personnel.
