§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   A violation of this chapter and the State Building Code and rules adopted pursuant thereto shall be a misdemeanor and the maximum misdemeanor penalties shall apply.
