(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any provision of § 130.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days.
