(A) The Cable Communications Advisory Committee shall elect a Chairperson from among its members. The Chairperson shall serve at the pleasure of the Committee and the Committee may create and fill other offices as it may determine.
(B) The Cable Communications Advisory Committee shall adopt rules for the transaction of business at its meetings and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions and findings, which record shall be a public record.
