§ 110.51 EXISTING MUNICIPAL STORES CONTINUED.
   If the city has in existence on the effective date of this chapter a municipal liquor store for the sale of intoxicating liquor, the store is continued. No off-sale intoxicating liquor, including wine and strong beer, may be sold at retail elsewhere in the city.
