§ 97.05 INTERMENT REQUIREMENTS.

(A) No interment shall be permitted in any lot in the cemetery unless the requirements of all state statutes and city ordinances regarding interment are met.

(B) The City Council may adopt regulations establishing interment standards and requirements which shall have the force and effect of the law.
