(A) The city shall sell lots according to the rates established by the Maple Grove Cemetery Association prior to the transfer until the time that a fee schedule is set by Council resolution.
(B) Interment fees shall be paid in accordance with the rates established by the Maple Grove Cemetery Association prior to the transfer until the time that a fee schedule is set by Council resolution.
