The Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of seven members. Six members shall be appointed by the City Council and the Council shall select one member of the Commission from among its own members. Any member shall be automatically terminated from the appointed position upon three consecutive absences from a regularly scheduled Planning and Zoning Commission meeting without due cause. Advance notice of a member’s inability to attend a regularly scheduled meeting must be received by the Administrator’s office by noon of the day prior to the date of the meeting unless an unforseen emergency arises.
