The city shall be and is hereby divided into four general sections, for the purpose of establishing a uniform system of street numbering, as follows.
(A) Northwest. All that part of the city lying north of the center line of Main Street and west of the center line of Mantorville Street is hereby designated as the northwest section of the city.
(B) Southwest. All that part of the city lying south of the center line of Main Street and west of the center line of Mantorville Street is hereby designated as the southwest section of the city.
(C) Northeast. All that part of the city lying north of the center line of Main Street and east of the center line of Mantorville Street is hereby designated as the northeast section of the city.
(D) Southeast. All that part of the city lying south of the center line of Main Street and east of the center line of Mantorville Street is hereby designated as the southeast section of the city.
