§ 94.024 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR; RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   The cost of maintenance and repair of sidewalks within the city shall be the responsibility of the city.
   (B)   The City Council shall have the discretion to expend city funds for the installation, maintenance and repair of sidewalks, under circumstances as the City Council deems fair and just. The determination shall be at the sole and exclusive discretion of the City Council.
