The Park Board shall be in charge of and have the following planning duties:
(A) To do long-range planning regarding the future of the existing parks and recreational facilities within the city;
(B) To develop additional programs for recreation within the city;
(C) To study the immediate and long-range park needs of the city;
(D) To make recommendations concerning the types of parks to be included within future developments within the city; and
(E) To submit reports and recommendations to the City Council as are herein required or as may be requested by the City Council concerning the preceding subjects or other related subjects.
