§ 92.17 OFFICERS; BYLAWS.

The Board shall choose one of its members as Chair, to be elected at the annual meeting of the Board. It may select a Secretary either from among its own members or otherwise and fix the Secretary's compensation at an amount not to exceed that set by state statutes.
