Any Park Board member shall be automatically terminated from the appointed position upon three consecutive absences from a regularly scheduled Park Board meeting without due cause. Advance notice of a member’s inability to attend a regularly scheduled meeting must be received by the Administrator’s office by noon of the day prior to the meeting date unless an unforeseen emergency arises.
