Bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters and other wheeled recreational devices are prohibited from tennis courts, basketball courts and all other park structures including, but not limited to, gazebos, picnic shelters, stairways, ramps and bleachers. The above-mentioned recreational devices may be used on parkway structures specifically designed for use with the recreational devices.
