§ 70.23 PARKING ON MAIN STREET BETWEEN 2:00 A.M. AND 5:00 A.M.
   No person shall stop, stand, park or leave any vehicle, machinery, equipment or other device or property of any nature upon Main Street within the city between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
