§ 51.07 USE OF WATER FROM FIRE HYDRANTS.
   Use of water from fire hydrants except as specifically authorized by the Utility Superintendent is not allowed. Except for firefighting and flow testing, all fire hydrant usage will be measured with a portable water meter affixed to a designated fire hydrant.
