§ 174.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   A person convicted of a violation of § 174.04 shall be fined as follows:

         (a)   First offense: $150;

         (b)   Second offense: $300;

         (c)   Third offense: $500; and

         (d)   Fourth or greater offense: $750 per offense.

      (2)   Each day that § 174.04 is violated shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   The fine for violation of any provision of §§ 174.15 through 174.29 shall be as follows:

      (1)   First citation: $75;

      (2)   Second citation: $100;

      (3)   Third citation: $300;

      (4)   Fourth citation: $475; and

      (5)   Fifth and proceeding citations: $750.
