§ 174.25 NUISANCES; INJUNCTION.
   Any violation of this subchapter is declared to be a nuisance. In addition to any other relief provided by the village municipal code, the Village Attorney may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an injunction to prohibit the continuation of any violation of this subchapter. Such application for relief shall entitle the village to the recovery of its attorney's fees and court costs for prosecuting such injunction.
