Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, shall upon conviction be fined not more than $750. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense. The village may, in addition to other remedies provided by state law, bring action for an injunction to restrain the violation or to enjoin the operation of any such mobile home park.
