§ 32.22 MEETINGS.
   The Board of Trustees shall hold its regular meetings as set forth in Title XVII. The President or any three Trustees may call special meetings of the Board of Trustees. In addition to any notice requirement prescribed by the Board of Trustees, public notice of meetings must be given as prescribed in §§ 2.02 and 2.03 of the Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/2.02 and 2.03).
