§ 96.18 ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE.
   If the person served by the notice required by § 96.17 above does not abate the nuisance within five days, the village may proceed to abate the nuisance, keeping an account of the expanse of the abatement, and the expense shall be charged and paid by the owner or occupant.
