(A) On receipt of a citation alleging a violation of any section of this chapter, the violator may pay one-half of the minimum fine provided in this chapter at the Village Hall, provided that this amount is paid with ten working days of issuance of the citation.
(B) After ten working days of the issuance of a citation, the full minimum fine applicable to the violation must be paid to avoid prosecution.
