§ 35.17 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Police Committee, along with the Chief of Police, may make or prescribe such rules and regulations for the conduct and guidance of the member of the Police Department as they shall deem advisable, and such rules, when approved by the Mayor, shall be binding on such members.
