§ 35.01 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established a department of the municipal government of the village which shall be known as the Police Department. The Police Committee shall govern policy and procedure of the Police Department. The Police Department shall be under the control and supervision of the Mayor.
