§ 31.66 APPOINTMENT OF ATTORNEY.
   The Attorney shall be hired by the Village Board and shall have full charge of the law affairs of the village, compensation for office services and advice, and shall receive reasonable fees for other services and advice, and shall receive reasonable fees for other services rendered when, in his or her judgment, or in the judgment of the Mayor or Village Board, the same are necessary or for the best interests of the village.
