§ 31.01 SALARIES.
   (A)   Mayor. The salary of the Mayor shall be established by the annual appropriation ordinance.
   (B)   Village Clerk. The salary of the Village Clerk shall be established by the annual appropriation ordinance.
   (C)   Utility Bill Collector. The salary of the Utility Bill Collector shall be established by the annual appropriation ordinance.
   (D)   Trustees. The members of the Village Board of Trustees shall receive a sum established by the annual appropriation ordinance per regular or special meeting.
   (E)   Adjustments. The starting salaries may be adjusted based on the work experience of personnel.
