§ 30.33 MEMBERS REFUSING TO ATTEND.

Any member of the Village Board who shall neglect or refuse to attend any meeting of the Village Board without good and sufficient excuse to be passed upon by the Village Board shall not receive compensation for said meeting under the provisions of this chapter. Any member who has missed six consecutive meetings without just cause or permission shall be subject to dismissal of the Board.
