It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, other than duly authorized officers, officials, or employees of the village, to enter or be upon the cemetery grounds during the time after sunset and before sunrise of any day without first obtaining the permission of the Sexton or village officer in charge of the cemetery. It shall further be unlawful, at all times, for any person to enter or leave the grounds other than by the established and open entrances or gateways.
