§ 151.002 STATE REQUIREMENTS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

(A) The Mobile Home Park Act and the Mobile Home Tiedown Act of the Ill. Rev. Stat., Ch. 111-1/2, as passed, approved, and amended by the State General Assembly, are hereby adopted by the village.

(B) The applicable provisions as they pertain to mobile homes and immobilized mobile homes shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the village.
