§ 134.22 REFUSING TO AID AN OFFICER.
   A person who refuses or knowingly fails reasonably, upon command, to aid a person known by him or her to be a peace officer in the following commits a misdemeanor:
   (A)   Apprehending a person whom the officer is authorized to apprehend; or
   (B)   Preventing the commission by another of any offense.
