§ 131.01 AGGRAVATED BATTERY ON A POLICE OFFICER.

No person shall, by violent, tumultuous, or obstreperous conduct or carriage, disturb any police officer in the discharge of his or her duties nor shall any person assault, strike, or fight with any police officer in or upon any house or premises in the village owned or possessed by him or her or under his or her management and control.
