(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, whether as principal, agent, employee, or otherwise, convicted for violation of any section of §§ 96.01 through 96.03 shall be fined a minimum of $25 and a sum not to exceed $500 for any one offense. Nothing herein shall limit any other right or remedy of the village or other person in interest, including the right to obtain an injunction of any violation from a court of competent jurisdiction.
