§ 71.26 GENERAL SPEED RESTRICTIONS.
   The speed limits on various streets shall be approved by the Village Board, but shall not exceed 20 mph in a school zone and not to exceed 30 mph in a residential street; otherwise, 30 mph on an arterial street, unless otherwise posted and 15 mph on alleyways.
