§ 50.03 SUPERINTENDENT.
   (A)   The Superintendent shall be subject to the supervision of the Committee on Water.
   (B)   He or she shall be appointed by the Mayor, by and with the consent of the Village Board, and shall hold his or her office until his or her successor shall be appointed and qualified.
   (C)   He or she shall receive such salary as may be provided by the Board at the time of his or her appointment.
