A. Required: All applications for licenses authorized by this chapter shall be verified and shall be filed with the county clerk. The application must state the applicant's name in full and that he understands and has read and complied with the requirements and possesses the qualifications specified in the alcoholic beverage control act and this chapter. If the applicant is a copartnership, the names and addresses of all partners, and if a corporation, the names and addresses of all officers and directors must be stated.
B. Subscribed Under Oath: The application must be subscribed by the applicant, who shall state under oath that the facts therein contained are true. (Ord. 2006-4, 9-11-2006)
