3-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
The words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the meanings specified in the Utah alcoholic beverage control act, Utah Code Annotated section 32A-1-105, unless a different meaning is clearly evident. (Ord. 2006-4, 9-11-2006; amd. 2011 Code)
