3-1-13: PENALTY:
Anyone operating, conducting or carrying on any business without a license when a license is required by this chapter or resolution authorized, may be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 2006-5, 9-11-2006; amd. 2011 Code)
