2-7-4: PROCEDURE:
   A.   The Commissioner assigned to the Council shall serve as Chair of the Council.
   B.   A majority members of the Council shall constitution a quorum and a majority vote of members present at a meeting shall constitute a binding action of the Council.
   C.   The Council shall comply with the Open and Public Meetings Act. (Ord. O-2022-46, 8-23-2022)
