The Purpose of the Kane County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council is to foster communication and collaboration among agencies involved in the criminal justice system; to formalize the mechanisms for making improvements to the criminal justice system; and to comply with the requirement of Utah Code § 17-55-201(4) to develop and implement a strategic plan for the County's criminal justice system.
