2-5-5: AGENCY BOARD:

The governing body of the agency will be a board consisting of the members of the county commission as may serve from time to time on the county commission (the "agency board"). Any change in the composition of the county commission will automatically and without any further action required constitute a similar change in the composition of the agency board.
