6-3-2: PENALTIES:
Any violation of this Section is considered a class C misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
Likewise, any violation of this Section is also considered a Nuisance, and the perpetrator is subject to the requirements and penalties outlined in Title 4 Chapter 3 of the Kane County Ordinances. (Ord. O-2022-40, 7-12-2022)
