2-2-7: FEES FOR ACCEPTING AND PROCESSING PROPOSALS:
Any proposals to create agriculture protection areas within the county shall be filed in the office of the Kane County Land Use Authority. All proposals must be accompanied by the filing fee established by the agriculture protection area advisory board. (Ord. 78/1994-3, 10-24-1994; amd. Ord. O-2023-03, 1-24-2023)
