2-2-2: APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBERS:

The board of county commissioners shall appoint five (5) members to the agriculture protection area advisory board established under section 2-2-1 of this chapter. The board members shall be appointed by resolution from the county soil conservation district, among the members of the board of supervisors. (Ord. 78/1994-3, 10-24-1994)
