1-13-3: EXEMPTION FROM STATE PROCUREMENT CODE:

By adoption of this procurement code by ordinance, Kane County has exempted itself from the definition of local government procurement unit under Utah Code Annotated section 63G-6a with the intent to exempt the county from the provisions of the Utah procurement code to the greatest extent permitted by law.
