10-4-2: DESIGNATION OF BUILDING INSPECTOR:
The building inspector is hereby appointed to administer and implement this title by granting or denying development permit applications in accordance with its provisions. (Ord. 64/1989-2, 4-17-1989, eff. 5-3-1989)
