10-3-2: BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING AREAS OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD:
The areas of special flood hazard identified by the federal emergency management agency in its flood insurance rate map (FIRM), dated July 1, 1986, is adopted by reference and declared to be part of this title. The FIRM is on file at the office of the building inspector. (Ord. 64/1989-2, 4-17-1989, eff. 5-3-1989)
