The County Clerk, as provided by Utah Code Annotated section 17-20-4, shall execute under the seal of said office all deeds, leases and conveyances of real property and all bills of sale or other documents evidencing transfer of ownership of personal property for all property disposed of under this chapter. Such documents of conveyance or transfer may be either with or without warranty as determined by the County Commission. (Ord. 51/1986-1, 3-3-1986)
